Who we are
Verbalume LLC is a language, communication, and educational content company based in the United Arab Emirates.
We combine language teaching, international localisation experience, customer communication quality, cultural explanation, and educational publishing. Our work supports individual learners, companies, schools, learning platforms, and selected business partners.
Our core belief is simple: language works best when it is connected to real communication.
Our background
Professional communication
The founder is Dutch and has extensive experience in professional communication, including responsibility for large-scale email communication processes in Dutch customer environments.
International localisation
This was followed by localisation and communication support connected to European market launches for major international technology services, including translation, localisation oversight, IVR communication, training support, and operational preparation.
Communication quality
Further work included customer satisfaction analysis and written communication improvement for international support operations.
Language teaching
Alongside this communication work, language teaching gradually became a larger focus. Lessons developed into a practical method that combines grammar, culture, tone, context, and real language use.
Our teaching partnership
Verbalume also works with a Portuguese and Spanish language specialist with a degree in Spanish and English language studies and years of experience in language teaching. Together, our core language areas include English, Dutch, Portuguese (PT), Portuguese (BR), Spanish, and German, with additional languages available through selected specialists where possible.
When projects require additional expertise or other language combinations, Verbalume can work with selected freelance teachers, trainers, translators, editors, and content specialists.
